Introspection
A building with homes that face inward. These residences connect the neighbourhood with the interior of a courtyard. A courtyard where vegetation, light, and interaction are fostered. Corridors, terraces, and communal spaces for conversation, play, learning, and observation. A place to find oneself. And others. A respectful and flexible space, adaptable to new ways of understanding spaces, life, and appreciating it
At the ground floor entrance, a garden alongside a multipurpose area designed to encourage community interaction and social connection. This small sociocultural agora is organised through flexible furniture, allowing the space to transform from a library to a cinema room, fostering the sharing of knowledge, culture, and communal life.

Biophilic design
To address the human need for a direct connection with nature, and thus a better quality of life, the courtyard serves as the building’s central hub. The vegetation helps to cool and purify the air while providing visual control over the more private areas.

Spatial adaptability. Choosing how to live
The home is organised around a core that houses the wet areas, storage, structure, and main installations. The partitions disappear, giving way to movable panels that fold into this core, allowing the layout to adapt based on the individual needs and situations of each person or family. The spaces can merge with one another thanks to the flexible furniture in the rooms, which can be retracted to create new areas for living and enjoying the home.
